Our Model Citizens (or MCs) are one of the main attractions of our park and create the guest experience that makes our park unique. MC is also an acronym for “master of ceremonies”. As an MC you will play a role in creating an interactive experience for the children and families who will visit our park. We have an action phrase, a daily reminder of our special brand of service excellence: “Make Someone a Hero Today!” This is our approach to the way we treat our guests and each other, a spirit of trust and caring that makes each day a fun and rewarding experience.

Admissions Associate

Admissions Associates have the responsibility of being the first and last Model Citizen a guest or pass member has contact with. Whether you are greeting our guests at the ticket booths and turnstiles or selling memberships at the Annual Pass window, you are sure to be a welcoming sight to families looking to have fun. You will also learn valuable cash-handling and customer service skills that will help you develop with the company or with other organizations in your future.

Attractions Associate

Attractions Associate

Attractions Associates are responsible for providing a safe and fun experience for our guests while they enjoy the rides and attractions in the park. Whether you are a ride operator, ride attendant or just overseeing an assigned area; you will spend your day outdoors interacting with children and providing guests with the memorable experiences they will cherish forever! Watch them ride their first roller coaster or learn to drive. This is a position for an enthusiastic individuals, who enjoys interacting with children and adults while ensuring their safety.

The LEGO name comes from a Danish phrase leg godt, which means "play well" or "I assemble”. Naturally LEGOLAND is all about hands on learning and interactive play with LEGO bricks and products. Education Associates are the heart of this park experience. Public speaking and facilitating groups is key to success in this role, whether you are instructing students on a school field trip or summer camp with LEGO Mindstorms, LEGO Hero Factory, the XBOX WB Games Family Game Space or assisting with one of our annual events like First LEGO League and Master Model Builder days, or simply enjoying the friendly competition at the Build & Test race track. This is a LEGO enthusiasts dream job!

LEGOLAND Food and Beverage department is seeking motivated, enthusiastic individuals who strive to deliver consistent, excellent guest service in a fast paced environment. As a Food and Beverage Associate, you will play an important role in creating a unique, tasty, and engaging dining experience for our guests. Our Food and Beverage Associates prepare fresh, healthy food from a variety of cuisines from homemade pizza & pasta, outstanding BBQ fit for a king, extensive salad bar and baked goods, and even a variety of options for those with food allergies. Our food becomes a theater between you and our guests! In the Food and Beverage department you will develop more than just your culinary skills – guest service, cash handling, and safety are also our priorities.

We make it our job to excel in guest satisfaction and being the envy of the industry. This is reflected in the pride our Grounds Associates take in providing a safe, clean and healthy environment in order to further advance the memorable experiences we strive to create. Taking ownership for little or big messes made by little and big kids goes beyond taking out the trash and sweeping up, but is rewarded with versatile duties, knowledge spanning the entire park grounds, contributing directly to keeping the park as environmentally Green as possible and working outdoors, especially in nice weather!

We consider all of our MCs “heroes” but the real standouts are our American Red Cross Certified Lifeguards who oversee the safety of our LEGOLAND Water Park guests! Certain times of the year LEGOLAND may even pay for you to complete the Lifeguard Certification course. Monitoring the Water Park slides, lazy river and water attractions in order to prevent accidents is critical to the success of our Lifeguards…oh and you must enjoy sunshine and water, you’ll get plenty of both!

LEGOLAND is an entertainment company by definition so what better way to interact with guests than performing for them? Be a part of one of the most creative and energetic teams in the park with award winning shows like the Big Test (the longest running show) or with one of our seasonal shows such as Brick-or-Treat, Brick Bang Boom (LLF), Bricktacular Christmas (LLF), Holiday Snow Days & Winter Nights (LLC) and Kids' New Year's Eve (LLC). Retail Associates play an important role in making sure our guests receive amazing and memorable moments of service especially when it comes to assisting our guests to find their treasures and souvenirs. Use your creativity in merchandising and visual appeal by keeping well stocked and presentable stores This is a position for an outgoing and responsible individual who enjoys the LEGO toy brand, working in a fast paced environment, comfortable handling cash sales transactions, and being one of the first and last impressions to leave our guest with.

A stay at our LEGO themed hotel will turn from a day you’ll always remember into a night you’ll never forget and the same is true for our guests! All guest rooms are themed, and guests can choose from one of three popular LEGO lines – Pirate, Kingdom or Adventure. Front Desk Agents provide the first contact with our guests and provide memorable service throughout their stay.

Both our restaurants are hopping with enthusiastic children eager to visit our park, or fresh from a day of adventure. The LEGOLAND Hotel rooms are themed and designed with the child in mind, with a queen-size bed for grown-ups, and a separate area for up to three little ones, complete with a bunk bed, pull-out trundle bed and their very own TV, LEGO toys and unique LEGO Model décor. Almost as fun as our park! Tidying up the rooms daily starts and ends their daily adventures. Housekeeping room attendants are critical to the success of the overall guest experience by ensuring the accommodations for our guests are world class!
